It’s important to send us your original certified documents and not copies. Birth, Death, and Marriage certificates need to be certified originals signed by the Santa Clara County Clerk. Any document related to a divorce needs to be stamped by the California Superior Court in Santa Clara. If you are unsure if your documents are an original, give us a call.
