In addition to our California Apostille services, we also provide complimentary pick-up and notarization services if you are local to our office in Burbank, CA. Depending on the number of documents and your location, we can schedule a traveling notary to you location to notarize and pick-up your documents. Documents received at our office in Burbank by 2:30pm will be processed the same-day and delivered the next business morning to the return address.
You also have the option to drop-off your documents at our office. Our receptionists are available to accept your documents M-F 8:30am to 5:30pm.

If you decide to have a local notary near you notarize your document, we recommend that you work with a notary who has years of experience and one who will follow the notarial laws in the State of California. Documents which are not notarized correctly will be rejected by the State. If the document does not already contain notarial wording, the notary must attach either an acknowledgement, jurat, and/or copy certification. We can email you these forms for review which also contains and explanation on how to complete the documents.
