California Copy Certification

If you’re located in California, it’s simple to have a notary copy certify your documents.  You’ll need to make a color copy of your documents and meet with a local notary who will attach a document called a California Copy Certification by Document Custodian.   We can email you this document if your local notary does not have one.  You can call us or use our online website to Contact Us.

If you’re located outside of California, there is a simpler method to have your documents Copy Certified.  You can mail to us the original document.  Our employee will make a color copy of the original document and take an oath that the copy is the copy of the original.  This is the fastest and most cost effective way if you’re located outside of California.

For example, a recent client lives in South Korea.  He needed an Apostille for his California Driver License so we can drive in South Korea and didn’t have anybody in California to help.  We instructed him to mail us his original California Driver License so we can copy certify it.  It’s that simple!

We can also copy certify your Passport, Diploma, School Transcripts, and more!  Be sure to send us the original and not a copy if you want us to copy certify these documents.  There is no charge to copy certify your documents if you are also obtaining a California Apostille.
