You can overnight your document to our location for fast same-day processing directly with the California Secretary of State.  Document received before 12pm (noon) on any business day will receive an Apostille the same day.  We’ll then overnight the document back to your location.

Before mailing in your documents to our office, it’s important that you contact us. You maybe required to scan and email us a copy of your documents for verification as some documents may not qualify for an Apostille. Birth Certificates and Death Certificates signed by a doctor will first need to be authenticated by the San Francisco county clerk before your document qualifies for an Apostille.
