Document Legalization

We had another busy week authenticating documents through the California Secretary of State’s Office and The US Department of State’s Office in Washington, DC.

This week we processed documents for the following countries: Mexico, Argentina, Armenia, Israel, Netherlands, Cypress, France, South Korea, Columbia, India, Slovakia, Italy, Panama, and the Czech Republic.

A few client testimonials for this week…

“Thank you very much! I received everything.” Valentina P.

“Wow!!! That was super fast and thanks for making the process easy for me!” Alexandria G.

A few documents we received had incorrect notarizations. It’s important to work with a notary who has years of experience notarizing documents in order to avoid any delays. A document which requires notarization must include either a California Acknowledgement wording or a California Jurat wording. Most notaries carry these forms but we can email them to you in order to avoid any delays. If you need a notary in Los Angeles, call 1-888-810-4054.

Documents which require notarization are: Copy of Driver License, Copy of Passport, Affidavit, Power of Attorney, School Transcripts, and School Diploma.

We’re able to authenticate documents from all 58 counties in California including San Diego, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose, and Los Angeles County. Documents received before noon are processed the same day through the Los Angeles Secretary of State’s Office. We’ll then overnight them to you by FedEx or UPS for next business morning delivery. We can also ship your documents anywhere in the world to help speed up the process.
